Why We Started

Quiet Circles founder - Minh Cung

Quiet Circles was born from lived experience.
Our founder, Minh who was a Senior Software Engineer, built this after facing burnout and emotional exhaustion in a fast-paced, high-performance world.

Therapy felt too clinical, meditation apps felt too passive. What actually helped was movement, quiet, and intentional space with no pressure to share or fix anything.

So we started building those spaces — and inviting others in.


Where We’re Going

We’re starting with in-person gatherings and guided solo journeys — but the vision is bigger.


Quiet Circles is becoming a community, a resource, and a movement for anyone who wants to take care of their mental health gently, privately, and offline.
